It is possible for you to use only one version of the  Fitbit mobile application on one phone and use it to simultaneously manage two different Fitbit devices. To make this work, however, you will have to manually set it up:

  • Make sure you have downloaded and set up the Fitbit application from the App Store or the Play Store on your device.
  • Open the application and choose Join FitBit.
  • Log in using your existing account credentials.
  • Under the Account tab, locate and tap on the option that says “Set Up a New Fitbit Device.

HOW CAN I REMOVE A FITBIT DEVICE FROM MY ACCOUNT?

  • Launch your FitBit application.
  • Go to the Today tab.
  • Tap on your Profile picture.
  • Choose your device from the given images.
  • Finally, tap on Remove or the trash icon depending on what is shown to you to remove that device from the given account.
